Discover the University of Copenhagen’s innovative and award-winning tower.
The Mærsk Tower is part of the University of Copenhagen, and it houses parts of the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. The building features rainwater recycling and energy-efficient laboratories.
The tower rises 75 metres above ground level, and its façade is covered in 3,300 copper shutters that create its relief-like appearance. The Danish architectural firm C.F. Møller designed it, and it has won several prizes for its design.
The tower is open to the public on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can read more about the Mærsk Tower here.
