Victory

On the 8th floor at Papirøen, you’ll find Victory – a modern pub particularly noted for its well-crafted and inviting cocktails.

The former owners of the renowned and popular cocktail bars Ruby, Lidkoeb and Brønnum have opened a new, modern pub called Victory, where sparkling highballs, ice-cold martinis and creamy, velvety Guinness are served. Victory is located on the 8th floor at Papirøen, giving the bar a unique penthouse setting with beautiful, far-reaching views across Copenhagen’s rooftops and harbour.

At Victory, the focus is on a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere, attentive service and seasonal ingredients. The cocktail menu changes continuously and is adapted to the ingredients of the season, sourced directly from local farms. Victory takes pride in experimenting with great flavours. This work takes place in their drinks laboratory, where they distil, ferment and prepare their ingredients to consistently achieve the best possible results. Victory also has its own off-site distillery, where they produce their own vodka, gin and aquavit. At the distillery, there is a strong emphasis on responsible production.

Victory also places great importance on its non-alcoholic programme. There are always four alcohol-free options on the menu, and these are developed, rotated and refined with the same care and dedication as the alcoholic cocktails. For guests who wish to explore a range of different flavour profiles in one evening, Victory also offers a selection of mini drinks with a lower alcohol content. This allows guests to enjoy the full flavour experience and variety without necessarily choosing a full-sized serving.
