Mio Pizza

Mio Pizza is a declaration of love for the simple, aesthetic pizza that makes your mouth water.

Mio Pizza is not just another pizza bar. It is a place where simplicity, quality and speed come together in perfect harmony – and where pizza is allowed to be exactly what it should be: hot, crispy, tasty and accessible to everyone.

Behind the concept is Torben Klitbo, whom many will know from Cofoco and Bouillon. With Mio, he has created a place where you can get a pizza made with good ingredients, baked in a 500-degree stone oven – in less than two minutes. It's fast, but never rushed.

The menu is small and sharp. Eight varieties – half of them vegetarian – all with a focus on taste, balance and aesthetics. There are no frills here, but no compromises either. A classic Margherita with tomato and mozzarella. A spicy salami with bite. A white pizza with mushrooms and herbs. Everything is well thought out, and everything is affordable.

You will find Mio Pizza in Frederiksberg, where it has quickly become a regular stop for both locals and visitors. There is often a queue on the street, but the wait is short – and worth it. Because once you have your pizza in your hand, you will understand why.

The atmosphere is informal, the pace is fast, and the quality is consistent. There is no delivery, no unnecessary choices – just good pizza, made with respect for the craft and a love of simple meals.

Mio Pizza is proof that you don't need many ingredients to create something special. It's just a matter of choosing the right ones – and doing so with care.
