Corsa Pizza
Corsa is known for its Neapolitan pizzas, made with sourdough and baked at a high temperature. The pizzas have a thin base and are topped with carefully selected ingredients, and this simple approach to pizza has been part of Corsa since its first restaurant opened on Islands Brygge in 2019.
Today, you’ll find Corsa in Nordhavn, on Islands Brygge and in Vesterbro. Pizza remains at the heart of the menu, but you’ll also find antipasti made with fresh Italian and Danish ingredients. Round off your meal with Italian desserts and a cup of coffee.
To accompany the food, Corsa offers an interesting wine list as well as a selection of fresh drinks. This makes it a good spot whether you’re simply stopping by for a pizza or settling in for a relaxed dinner with several dishes and something to drink. If you’d rather eat at home, the food is also available for takeaway.
Across all three restaurants, the focus is on Italian inspiration, good ingredients and simple flavours. Whether you come for a Neapolitan sourdough pizza and antipasti, stay for a glass of wine or take your pizza home, the approach is the same: uncomplicated Italian food with pizza at its heart.
